Stoford are seeking your views on emerging proposals that will form a planning application for a sustainable development on Land East of Stone Road Stafford.
The proposals include new homes, a school, extensive green infrastructure and new public open spaces, designed to support Stafford’s long-term growth while respecting its landscape and character.
Stoford are looking to submit an Outline Planning Application by the end of 2026.

About the Project Team
Stoford have been promoting and developing employment and residential development schemes throughout the UK since the inception of the business in 1996. Stoford have developed in excess of 22,000,000 sq ft of employment space and have a 2,000 acre pipeline of future development land.
Within the track record of development, there has been a number of city centre and greenfield residential promotion sites. Our residential experience encompasses both strategic promotion and infrastructure delivery where schemes are sold tonational and regional housebuilders.
